Because our consulting services are tailored and time-based, fees for work already performed — including research, meetings, analysis, and deliverables — are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for undelivered work will be evaluated according to the terms of the individual client agreement.
Deposits or retainers paid to secure an engagement are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise specified in your signed service agreement.
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, workshop, or session, please notify us as far in advance as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
